Job Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Water Zumba Instructor to lead fun and engaging aquatic fitness classes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fitness, experience in group instruction, and a strong ability to motivate participants in a water environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver exciting Water Zumba classes for participants of varying fitness levels.
• Demonstrate proper techniques and modifications to ensure safety and effectiveness.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and motivating atmosphere.
• Monitor participants' progress and provide feedback and encouragement.
• Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.
• Collaborate with the fitness team to promote classes and engage the community.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness and aquatic group exercise.

Qualifications:

• Certification in Group Fitness Instruction and/or Water Zumba (or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of Zumba routines and aquatic fitness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
