FOX is seeking a top caliber Fitness Specialist to join our growing team in the Winston Salem, NC area. Start your career today and join our fight to abolish ageism.

This position is about 5 hours weekly to start with room to grow.

1:1s and small groups to be included.

Current schedule offers classes at 10:30 daily.

Founded in 1998, FOX was the FIRST private practice in the country to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for the older adult population . Helping patients restore the quality of life they deserve and desire, our focus is the rehabilitation of lives delivered through evidence-based therapy with innovative and proactive treatment.

The Fitness Specialist opportunity entails the following:

Patient continuity: Patients are prescribed exercise programs to maintain functional levels after discharge from rehabilitation services.

Excellent support system: Fox provides significant support for our Fitness Specialists through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.

Requirements:

Must have one of the following: Bachelors in Exercise Science, Kinesiology or Exercise Physiology; Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized and accredited organization preferred (i.e., ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA); or prior experience as a fitness trainer, with willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer
