Job Overview:

As a Master Trainer, you will lead GYMGUYZ Central Houston in consultations and assessments, be a catalyst for our teams continued growth, and a trusted resource for clients and staff alike. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver personalized in-home and on-site training sessions to clients of various fitness levels
• Conduct initial assessments, educate prospective clients, and confidently close initial sales
• Design individualized fitness programs using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App
• Perform client reassessments and close renewal sales.
• Mentor GYMGUYZ personal trainers on the team
• Promote the GYMGUYZ brand to prospective individual and business clients
• Participate in field marketing events and outreach
• Maintain appointments in scheduling app

Qualifications:

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or equivalent)
• CPR/AED certification
• Demonstrated ability to close sales in the fitness industry
• Demonstrated knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy and nutrition
• Proven experience delivering results-driven programming to diverse clientele
• Strong leadership and mentorship mindset
• Excellent communication skills with high emotional intelligence and a growth mindset
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel throughout Central Houston

Compensation: $33.00 - $46.00 per hour
