apart. As a Front Desk Attendant at the WELL Spa, Grand Geneva Resort &

Spa, you\'ll greet and check guests in and out, book appointments, sign

up and renew memberships. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre,

AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the

Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. This award-winning, all-seasons

destination features over 746 guest accommodations, the WELL Spa &

Salon, two championship golf courses, fitness facilities, a ski hill and

shape a brighter future together. What will you be doing? \* Check

guests in and out for spa appointments. \* Provide accurate and

appropriate information to guests and customers. \* Input and retrieve

information routinely from computer system. \* Respond to guest requests

and handle guest issues or report complaints to management. \* Promptly

answer telephone in a professional and clear manner. Input all

information into computers to communicate guest requests and complaints.

\* Answer guest questions regarding area or resort, outlet information

and services. \* Perform additional duties as assigned. What do you

bring to the role? \* High school diploma or equivalent required. Prior

spa experience preferred. \* Must have excellent communication and

customer service skills, must have the ability to work with a team in a

fast paced environment while multitasking. \* Ability to read, listen

and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. \*

Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately

complex computer system. \* Ability to work a flexible schedule
