Key Responsibilities:

Arrive at 8:15am to set up computer, relaxation room, and locker rooms.
Unlock the Spa front door at 8:45am.
Schedule appointments in our scheduling software.
Answer the phone throughout the day.
Communicate with Spa Therapists regarding appointments, guest information, and changes.
Greet guests as they enter the spa.
Check guests in, have guests fill out consultation forms, bill guests through the POS system.
Order supplies from the commissary as needed and let the director know if there are operational items that need to be ordered from outside com-panies.
Walk through the spa regularly collecting empty cups, dirty towels, used robes, and slippers.
Keep laundry going throughout the day.
Fold robes.
Restock slippers.
Refill water in the relaxation area.
Confirm appointments for the next day.
Communicate with Spa Therapists at the end of the day regarding their appointments for the next day.
Maintain $100 bank.
Close computer and drop receipts and cash at the front desk at the end of the day.
Close the relaxation room and locker rooms.
Lock the Spa doors at 5pm.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a spa or related field.
First Aid and CPR certifications are advantageous.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Exceptional guest service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Book4Time preferred.
