Aquatics Coordinator

The Seasonal Aquatics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the aquatic facility during the summer season. This position ensures pool readiness and safety, oversees staff scheduling, assists with training and supervision of aquatics personnel, and maintains a positive and professional environment for patrons. The Aquatics Coordinator works closely with management to ensure compliance with all local, state, and organizational policies.

• Previous experience in aquatics operations or lifeguarding preferred.
• CPR certification required; lifeguard certification preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate with both children and adults.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff and the public.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Enjoys working outdoors and able to perform duties in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lead, communicate clearly, and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Must be able to work early mornings with flexibility for on-call schedule rotation.
