Coppermine is currently hiring for Lifeguards at our White Marsh location:

Coppermine White Marsh Swim Club : 4719 Beaconsfield Dr Nottingham, MD 21236

Summer Lifeguards are responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all patrons at the pool. Lifeguards monitor pool activities, enforce safety rules, and respond quickly in emergency situations.

Responsibilities:

• Actively monitor swimmers and pool areas

• Enforce pool rules and safety guidelines

• Respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid when needed

• Maintain a clean and safe pool environment

• Communicate clearly with patrons and team members

• Participate in trainings and in-service sessions

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

• Must be at least the required minimum age (15 years old)

• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to safety

• Ability to work outdoors and in a team environment

• Lifeguard certification not required at time of hire

• Willingness to complete lifeguard certification (training provided/assistance available)

Schedule:

• Seasonal summer position

• Flexible weekday and weekend shifts available

Starting pay is $15/hour, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience.
