The Pool Attendant is the first person patrons will come into contact with at our facility, which means great customer service is a must to ensure all patrons have a positive experience at our waterpark. The Pool Attendant is responsible for answering any questions, directing patrons to the appropriate facility amenities and areas, handling money transactions and possessing knowledge of all rules, regulations, and fees of the facility. In addition, Pool Attendants will ensure the safety of patrons as they enter and ride slides, serve and prepare concession items, and work as a part of our safety team. Pool Attendants restock the cash drawer, report any complaints or concerns to the aquatic coordinator or head lifeguard, and complete other duties as assigned by supervisor(s). The minimum age for Pool Attendants is 14 years old. Applicants who are under 16 years of age must provide a valid work permit by the first day of work. The ideal candidate will be mature, responsible, and have a great attitude. The candidate should enjoy working with people, have the ability to effectively communicate with children and adults, and must also enjoy working outdoors.
