Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Growing organization seeking an Event Coordinator to support and execute trade show and event marketing initiatives. This role will manage logistics, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure successful event delivery from planning through post-event reporting.

• Own and execute assigned trade shows from planning through follow-up

• Coordinate event logistics including setup, teardown, and vendor management

• Manage booth assets, inventory, and on-site event execution

• Support pre- and post-event marketing initiatives

• Track and report on event performance metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery

• Provide administrative support across event programs

• Experience supporting trade shows or event marketing initiatives

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong sense of ownership

• Effective communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to travel occasionally

• Experience with tools such as Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, or project management tools

• Background in fast-paced or high-growth environments
