Job Description

The Manheim Central School District is hiring a Head Varsity Cheerleading Coach, Fall and Winter Season, beginning with the 2026-2027 school year.

The ideal candidate is expected to have a complete knowledge of the sport, and will need to impart that knowledge to senior high student-athletes. This candidate must also be able to demonstrate proven coaching techniques and philosophy and a willingness to work within the goals of the Manheim Central Athletic Department. This candidate will also be responsible for developing and organizing practices, as well as planning and leading the team through the fall sports season.

Previous participation and/or coaching experience and experience working with student-athletes preferred, 3-5 years at least; Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.Knowledge of side line cheer, competition, and tumbling. Candidates should be outgoing, organized, and a team player.
