We are seeking a Lead Personal Trainer who is passionate about health, leadership, and helping others succeed. In this role, you will lead and develop a team of personal trainers at your assigned clinical location while ensuring exceptional client experiences, strong team performance, and continued growth of our personal training services.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and hold accountable the personal training team at your assigned clinical site
Partner with the Fitness & Wellness Manager to recruit, onboard, and develop top personal training talent
Conduct 90-day and annual performance reviews for team members
Facilitate weekly team meetings using the EOS management platform (Ninety)
Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet client demand and operational goals
Client Experience & Program Integration
Maintain a safe, professional, and high-quality training environment
Serve as the on-site liaison between personal trainers, clinicians, and management
Promote program integration through collaboration and cross-service opportunities
Address client service concerns in a timely and professional manner
Performance & Operations
Maintain the required number of weekly personal training sessions based on team size
Meet or exceed monthly sales and productivity goals
Manage trainer schedules to ensure optimal capacity and client assignment
Oversee payroll functions for direct report trainers
Track and analyze company performance metrics
Ensure accurate and timely reporting to leadership
Utilize internal systems and software to support operations
QualificationsKNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS
Current Personal Training Certification from a recognized certifying organization
2+ years of personal training experience
Previous leadership or management experience in a fitness environment preferred
Experience working in a clinical or medically integrated fitness setting preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Mindbody, and other business systems
