Spa and Fitness Guide - PT

• Demonstrate full knowledge of the spa and fitness facilities such as exercise equipment, steam room, showers, location of lounges, and hours of operation.
• Greet all guests who enter the spa and demonstrate knowledge of services available.
• Display professional appearance and conduct at all times with both guests and employees.
• Prepare and maintain beverage station.
• Wipe down fitness equipment and replace towels in the Fitness Center.
• Monitor the Guest Lounge.
• Replenish supplies and products before they are depleted.
• Work varying shifts based on business needs, including holidays and weekends
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Physically able to stand, bend, lean, and walk for up to 10 hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

• Previous experience in a spa, fitness, or hospitality setting preferred.

• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

• Interest in wellness, fitness, and luxury hospitality.

• Ability to multitask in a calm, courteous, and efficient manner.
