Seasonal Pool Monitor

We are seeking a reliable and attentive Seasonal Pool Monitor to help ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for residents and guests at our community pool. This role is ideal for individuals who are observant, customer-focused, and enjoy working outdoors during the summer season. Key Responsibilities: Monitor pool area to ensure compliance with all community rules and safety guidelines Greet residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner Check resident credentials and enforce guest policies Maintain cleanliness of pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas Report any maintenance issues, safety concerns, or incidents promptly Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations and follow proper procedures Ensure pool capacity limits are observed, if applicable Use proper safety precautions at all times Lifting up to 50 lbs and climbing ladders to various heights may be required Help at other properties when deemed necessary May be asked to assist Maintenance and/or Manager with other jobs as deemed necessary by management Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old Strong attention to detail and situational awareness Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and professional demeanor Previous experience in customer service, security, or pool monitoring is a plus
