Job DetailsJob Location: Dunton Tower - Arlington Heights, IL 60005Position Type: SeasonalSalary Range: $14.50 - $15.00 HourlyOur property management company is seeking a dependable and professional Pool Monitor to support the smooth operation of our residential community’s pool area during the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety, excellent customer service skills, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to help foster a positive experience for all residents and guests. This position plays an important role in maintaining a welcoming and well-regulated environment by ensuring that pool rules are followed and assisting with general oversight of the facility.
This is a temporary, part-time position that will conclude the weekend after Labor Day.
Pay: $15/hr

QualificationsRequirements and Responsibilities
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Previous Pool Attendant experience preferred but not required
Recent First Aid and CPR certification
Open and/or close the pool
Greeting guests in a professional and friendly manner
Ability to provide exceptional customer care
Monitor guests, and the pool area and enforce the rules and regulations
Set up and organize the pool deck furniture throughout the shift
Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the entire pool area, including restrooms
Knowledge of the property's pool rules and regulations
Promptly report any damages, incidents, or accidents to the Community Manager
Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, or sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to work various shifts and weekends
