Description Example of Job Duties and hours... Impersonal: Computer skills... reports, Organize and medical files, and Upload documents send emails and schedule clients via online program Office work... Making copies, Faxing reports, put reports in envelops and envelops to mail box Personal - working with Children, Families, Special Needs patients of all ages, and occasionally with patients with history of behavioral problems Check in new / returning clients Complete new client forms Administer screener test with clients e.g., Fitness Assessment (Q&A) and provide feedback e.g., help improve a child's physical activity level, explore potential hobbies or sports, and learn ways to improve mind-body fitness. Check out clients Help client's complete Google review Requires knowledge of healthy diet/exercise lifestyle and ability to discuss with client/family note: this is an active position moving from office to office primarily standing and walking with occasional seated computer work. e.g., Hours and pay may vary depending acquisition of skills and capabilities to perform more complex task. possible shifts: 11 - 5 pm Monday - Wednesday 9 - 3 pm Thursday - Friday + occasional Saturday work (replacing a Monday or Friday) total: 30 hours Job Types: Contract, Part-time, Full-time Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour Healthcare setting: Clinic Outpatient Private practice Telehealth Medical specialties: Pediatrics Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday COVID-19 considerations: Based on State mandates Application Question(s): Do you have any experience in physical education, fitness industry, and or playing or coaching Sports? Do you have the ability to learn about special diets and exercises for kids and provide consultations for improving health and fitness? Do you have the ability to edit written reports? Do you have the ability to call patients, schedule appointments, and document notes? Education: High school or equivalent (Required) Language: English and Spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: In person
