Viva is a day and med spa founded in 2005 by three women with a simple idea: when you take exceptional care of people, everything else follows.

We’ve grown from our backyard in Austin (with locations across the city and in Round Rock) and most recently expanded into Dallas, opening our Preston Center location last fall.

We’ve built our reputation close to home, and now we’re bringing that same Viva energy to Dallas in a meaningful way. This is new location has huge potential, and we’re looking for the right leader to help shape what it becomes.

Our Preston Center location is an important part of our next chapter. We’re looking for a hands-on operator and leader who is deeply connected to people, strong in execution, and energized by building relationships in the local community.

This is a build + lead + grow role.

You will be responsible for strengthening the team, driving consistency, and creating a strong culture of accountability and care.

The Role

As General Spa Manager, you are the senior on-site leader of the location.

You own the performance of the business, the strength of the team, and the consistency of the guest experience. You are present, visible, and engaged in the day-to-day operations.

This role requires a leader who can stabilize, build momentum, and elevate performance while creating a strong, inspired, and accountable culture.

You lead from the floor. You stay close to the team. You move quickly and take ownership of outcomes.

What You’ll Own

Market Growth & Partnerships

  • Build strong local relationships across wellness, fitness, medical, and corporate communities
  • Create visibility through events, outreach, and consistent local engagement
  • Drive awareness, bookings, and long-term client growth

Revenue & Performance

  • Own P&L and deliver on growth targets
  • Drive service, retail, and membership revenue
  • Optimize scheduling, staffing, and utilization
  • Identify opportunities and act quickly

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team
  • Strengthen team alignment, accountability, and consistency
  • Coach and develop future leaders
  • Build a culture of trust, standards, and follow-through

Guest Experience

  • Ensure a consistently elevated, 5-star guest experience
  • Stay present on the floor and lead in real time
  • Handle guest recovery with urgency, care, and professionalism

Operations

  • Maintain structure, systems, and operational excellence
  • Oversee compliance, inventory, and facility standards
  • Anticipate and solve issues early and prevent repeat problems

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, wellness, retail, or high-end service-driven environments
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and build high-performing teams
  • Strong community presence and natural relationship builder n
  • High EQ with the ability to lead people through change and accountability
  • High ownership mindset with consistent follow-through
  • Strong operational and financial understanding, including P&L ownership
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong floor presence
  • Ability to build trust, reset expectations, and elevate culture
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, evolving environment
  • Strong judgment, consistency, and follow-through
