Supervisory Recreation Specialist (Hospitality) NF-03

This position is located at Pine View Camp Ground, Ft. McCoy, WI. Pine View Campground is a large full service campground that includes over 170 campsites and 17 cabins, a well-stocked camp store, and a wide range of activities are available to guests.

Announcement will a have a first cut office date of May 19, 2026. Applicants that submit an application packet prior to that date and found eligible may be given first consideration.

Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position.

A qualified candidate must possess the following:

• Must have knowledge of a wide range of recreation and sports activities, organization and structure of military units and installation sports program objectives, policies, methods and procedures to plan, organize, and coordinate activities, assist, guide and motivate military staff in carrying out their responsibilities.
• Must have basic understanding of budget and supply functions in order to prepare input and justification of funding for supplies and equipment.
• Must have the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (English).
• Work experience or education directly related to the duties to be performed.

In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified":

• One (1) year experience supervising staff.
• One (1) year Hospitality experience.

This job does not have an education qualification requirement.
