What You'll Do: Open the indoor pool and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all members. Provide vigilant lifeguard coverage during early morning swim sessions and classes. Engage positively with members while modeling our Y values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility . Maintain focus on safety, attention to detail, and teamwork. What You Bring: Current Lifeguard certification (required). Dependable, early-morning work ethic. Strong communication and customer service skills.
