Bring your energy, expertise, and passion for wellness to Spruce Peak as a Fitness Instructor. We're looking for a dynamic professional who can lead engaging classes, deliver fivestar guest service, and create an atmosphere of fun, health, and genuine connection.

As part of our spa and wellness team, you'll guide guests of all fitness levels through safe, motivating workouts while representing the resort with professionalism, enthusiasm, and warmth. You'll help maintain a welcoming studio environment, support resort programming, and ensure every guest feels recognized, supported, and inspired.

What You'll Do

• Lead highquality fitness classes with exceptional guest service
• Create a safe, clean, and positive workout environment
• Arrive prepared, professional, and ready to engage
• Adapt instruction for all fitness levels
• Support resort programs, promotions, and special events
• Collaborate with team members across the resort
• Uphold safety standards and respond confidently to guest feedback
