Part-Time | Miami Beach | Hourly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Stretch Zone Miami Beach is hiring energetic, outgoing, and wellness-minded individuals to join our North Beach and South Beach studios as Stretch & Wellness Consultants.

This role blends hands-on assisted stretching, client care, wellness education, and membership support in a fast-paced boutique wellness environment.

We provide paid training and certification no prior stretching experience required.

Backgrounds in personal training, yoga, Pilates, dance, chiropractic, med spa, or boutique fitness are highly valued.

What Youll Do

• Deliver practitioner-assisted stretch sessions using the Stretch Zone Method
• Educate clients on mobility, flexibility, recovery, and wellness benefits
• Conduct first-time stretch experiences and guide members into appropriate programs
• Build strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and care
• Support member retention and engagement through communication and service
• Participate in studio events and local wellness activations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and positive studio environment

Compensation

Most team members exceed base hourly value through commission within their first 6090 days.

• $18$21/hr base pay depending on role activity (admin, outreach, and stretch sessions)
• Uncapped commissions on new membership sales (10% on first-month packages)
• Additional commissions on prepaid sessions and wellness events

Expected Part-Time Earnings (based on 20 hrs/week though more hours are available)

• Entry / training phase: $1,800$2,200/month
• Consistent performer: $2,200$2,800/month
• Top performers: $3,000$3,600+/month (membership + event sales)

Schedule

Part-time weekday and weekend shifts available (20-35 hrs per week)

Training & Certification

All hires complete:

• Paid online training
• Paid sales + Stretch Zone certification
• Paid in-person onboarding at corporate training in Fort Lauderdale

Stretch Zone helps clients improve flexibility, mobility, recovery, and overall wellness through practitioner-assisted stretching in a supportive boutique studio environment. Compensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
