Recreation Specialist - Recreation Department

Under the general supervision of the Director of Recreation Programming, the Recreation Specialist performs support work related to recreational programs, events, and sports leagues; may provide instruction and conduct classes/activities for scheduled activities, leagues, and events; and provides support to the Recreation Coordinators. May assist with the development, promotion, and implementation of all recreation programs. Work requires a high degree of customer service and regular in-person, email, and phone communications with the public. Work is performed within defined guidelines and procedures and requires conflict resolution skills.

Full time with benefits, open until filled. Hiring range $21.13-$23 DOE
