Role Description

This is a Full time on-site role for a Sports Court Production Supervisor. The Production Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement production schedules, and ensure projects are executed efficiently and on time. Responsibilities include supervising team members, coordinating production activities, addressing challenges, and maintaining high-quality standards in sports court projects. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to optimize workflows and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory and Communication skills to effectively lead teams and ensure clear guidance and coordination.
• Experience in Production Scheduling, Production Planning, and overseeing operational timelines.
• Proficiency in Production Management to optimize workflows, allocate resources, and meet project deadlines.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to maintain quality and address on-site challenges effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment while being proactive and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in construction, sports court installation, or a related field is strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience in sports surfacing REQUIRED
