Specific Job Functions:
- Oversee the Spa and Salon personnel to guarantee their compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in training new hires and existing employees on the expectations and responsibilities associated with each position
- Assist management and the spa receptionist in balancing service appointments
- Cultivate a work environment that encourages collaboration and teamwork
- Conduct daily checks of the spa reception and all spa areas. Ensure everything is fully stocked and operational at all times..
- Conduct an inventory assessment and create a supply order list as required.
- Create work order forms promptly when repairs are necessary and ensure management is informed.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with management to develop new spa services and promotions, enhancing the overall guest experience and driving revenue growth
- Perform other job-related duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department.
Qualifications
- At least one to two years of previous management or supervisory experience preferred.
- Customer service experience required, at least two years experience preferred.
- Knowledge of Spa, Salon and fitness industry preferred.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication a must.
- Knowledge of general health and sanitation codes required.
- Knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet necessary.
- Knowledge of Book4Time spa software preferred.
