What You'll Do
Maintain a safe pool environment by monitoring swim areas and enforcing safety guidelines
Support members and swimmers with a welcoming, positive attitude
Provide high-quality swim lessons using the YMCA swim curriculum
Participate in paid training, shadowing, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

A minimum age of 16 years

Current certifications in:

Lifeguarding

CPR/AED

First Aid

Oxygen Administration

OR a willingness to obtain certifications before starting (training opportunities may be available for the right candidate!)

A calm, confident presence with strong attention to safety and detail

Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team

Seeking availability for both weekday and weekend shifts.
