Activities Coordinor
Do you want to have a positive impact on peoples lives? Do you love planning and coordining activities? Come put your enthusiasm to work with individuals with developmental disabilities. As Activities Coordinor, you will conduct group and individual recreional activities according to an individuals needs, capabilities, and interests.

• Collabore with the interdisciplinary team to identify and implement meaningful group activities with focus on emphasizing the preferences of individuals served.
• Provide daily instruction and guidance to staff regarding activity delivery methods and techniques as well as staff meetings.
• Determine and implement necessary precautions in exercising responsibility for the care and safety of individuals served.
• Maintain curriculum binders for each classroom to ensure th varied and age-approprie activities are planned and conducted for all individuals served.

Qualificions:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; certificion in Activity Coordinor preferred
• Two years experience working with developmentally disabled adults, including planning and conducting activities for this populion
• Valid drivers license in good standing with car registrion and vehicle insurance
• All ste-required training and certificion completed in manded timeframes
• Reliable, responsible, and caring nure
• Strong organizional and communicion skills
• Commitment to the companys mission and values
