Position Summary: The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the daily operations of both BOH and FOH operations for all food outlets, banquet events, and other functions at the facility. This role works closely with the Food & Beverage Director to ensure high-quality food preparation, excellent guest service, smooth daily operations, and compliance with safety and sanitation standards. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, service-focused, and able to assist with team supervision and operational support in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist with coordinating daily food and beverage operations, including kitchen, dining, catering, and service areas. Support the Food & Beverage Director with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and staff coordination. Help oversee food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction standards. Monitors kitchen activities to minimize food and supply waste and theft. Assist with monitoring food safety, sanitation, and health regulation compliance. Including employee hygiene and uniforms, kitchen food service equipment and preparation areas, food storage areas, dining areas, bar areas, and restrooms. Provide operational support during service periods and special events. Help train, coach, and support food service staff to maintain service excellence. Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management. Address guest concerns professionally and help resolve service issues promptly. Support administrative duties including reports, shift logs, and operational documentation. Maintain positive communication between kitchen staff, service teams, and management. Perform other duties as appropriate. Qualifications: Previous experience in food service, hospitality, culinary, or restaurant operations. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures. Customer service-focused with strong problem-solving abilities. Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Food Handler or ServSafe and TABC certifications required.
