Position Overview

We have two positions available for immediate hire:

• Were looking for a skilled and reliable Bicycle Mechanic who can confidently handle everything from basic tune-ups to complete rebuilds, or that has proven strong mechanical skills and a passion for bicycles. The right person is detail-oriented, efficient, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, rider-focused environment.
• Were looking for a skilled Bicycle Mechanic that is looking to further his/her career and learn and build upon current skills to include: leading / managing / building up others; coordinating / scheduling / overseeing the service department team, workflows, service writing, customer interactions and satisfaction, and more. This person is someone that is ready and looking to increase their skill sets to include managing and learning a lot more about the operations of a successful bicycle shop.

What Youll Do

• Perform tune-ups, adjustments, and full-service repairs
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues (including e-bikes, if experienced)
• We will train the right people to be proficient in diagnosing and repairing everything electronic on e-bicycles
• Build and assemble new bikes
• Maintain a clean, organized service area
• Communicate clearly with customers about service needs and timelines
• Assist with general shop operations as needed

What Were Looking For

• Prior experience as a bicycle mechanic or strong mechanical background
• Ability to service a wide range of bikes (MTB, road, hybrid; e-bike experience a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to manage time and handle multiple jobs efficiently
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude
