Established in 1957, Riverbend Country Club is a premier private, member-owned club located in the heart of Sugar Land, Texas. • Active tennis, pickleball, and swim programs

• Previous experience as a Golf Professional or similar role
• Strong understanding of the game of golf, including rules and etiquette
• Ability to provide excellent customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct golf lessons and clinics
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods
• PGA certification is preferred

The Assistant Golf Professional supports the Head Golf Professional and First Assistant Professional in managing and operating the club’s golf program, providing customer service, and delivering golf instruction.

• Assisting with the operations and management of the golf course
• Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
• Assisting with the organization and execution of golf tournaments and events
• Conducting golf lessons and clinics for players of different skill levels
• Selling golf equipment and merchandise in the pro shop
• Helping to maintain the golf course and practice areas
• Enforcing golf course rules and regulations
