Adventure & Extreme Sports Instructor Requirements & Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years old

Available to work full-time (part-time positions are not available)

Must be able to pass a post-offer employment test assessing strength, stamina, and agility

Must be willing to relocate for several months for paid training

Weekend and holiday availability required

Strong communicator with a team-first mindset

Demonstrates professionalism and prioritizes safety at all times

Friendly, positive attitude with high energy

No prior experience required; paid, industry-leading instructor training is provided

Adventure & Extreme Sports Instructor Preferred Background & Skills:

Experience in fitness, team or individual sports, personal training, or active recreation

Exposure to safety procedures, CPR, or First Aid training

Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing environments
