Shire Village Camp is looking to hire a lifeguard or two to run our Waterfront program for the upcoming summer! We are a small, non-for-profit sleepaway camp whose mission centers on inclusivity and belonging. Our waterfront involves a pool and a lake, and our Lifeguards run (low-stakes) swim lessons, as well as free swims and other fun water-based activities. This is a temporary position that runs for the duration of the summer - employees work 6 days per week with one day off and room & board is included! Three delicious meals per day (plus snacks), and a wonderful place to live to beat the heat of the summer.
