UMLY School of Dance Education is seeking a highly qualified Ballet Instructor with extensive experience teaching classical ballet, with a strong emphasis in Vaganova Technique. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of ballet pedagogy and demonstrate a deep understanding of the foundational principles of ballet technique, including body alignment, mechanics of turnout, foot articulation, carriage of the arms, epaulement, coordination, and artistic development, must be comfortable teaching intermediate and advanced dancers.

What You'll Do
- Plans, organizes and leads specific activities, routines and/or games for all participants.
- Leads with enthusiasm and positive motivation in program.
- Organizes and maintains program records including, but not limited to: attendance records, rosters, etc.
- Manages all equipment.
- Maintains a clean and risk-free environment.
- Communicates effectively and timely with program participants and parents.
- Ensures all children are picked up by a parent.
- Promotes other YMCA programs by handing out brochures, answering questions, or referral to appropriate person.
- Ensures compliance with all YGBW policies and standard operating procedures.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
