Wh You'll DO: Deliver high quality member experiences through safe, effective and motivional classes. Demonstre bike setup, proper form and positions, and the ability to modify intensity for members when necessary. Increase tendance through knowledge, skill and emotional connection. Willing to teach least two classes a week. Cree community through positive interactions before and after class. Address member concerns or direct to approprie club management. Report equipment maintenance needs to club management. Drive excitement for classes and recruit members to join. Secure approprie substitutes to ensure class coverage, per Edge policies and procedures. Maintain a growing social media presence to tract new participants to classes, special events, etc. Read staff communicions and tend staff meetings on occasion as required. Maintain a professional titude toward responsibilities, fellow instructors, club staff and members. Adhere to Group Exercise policies and procedures. Support and articule the Edge Fitness mission stement. Maintain a healthy way of life. Wh You'll Need: 6 months experience teaching cycling classes Nionally-Accredited Cycling Certificion. Mad Dogg Spinning Certificion preferred Must possess and maintain current CPR/AED certificion Must be outgoing, energetic and able to perform in front of an audience Must have access to regular email and phone communicion Must have excellent interpersonal skills Knowledge of safe exercise techniques and ability to demonstre them Apply Now Principals only.
