With every job we fill, our focus is on providing best in class service to our citizens while offering the opportunity for professional growth in a rewarding and innovative work environment. + Curriculum planning, implementing programs and/or classes, classroom management by adapting to participant's needs and behaviors, instruction of specialized courses or skills. + Record keeping by maintaining attendance sheets, participant contact information and liability waivers, maintaining confidentiality and using discretion when speaking with parents + Make recommendations as to enhance and optimize class participation. + Maintain and inspect all classroom tools and equipment. + Inventory and request supplies + View the full job description. ( About You + Current national fitness certifications are required + One year of formal fitness teaching experience + Be able to develop and implement age appropriate fitness classes + Skilled and passionate about teaching in a structured, fun recreation environment + Minimum of an 8-12 week teaching commitment.
