Pool Attendant Tropicana Laughlin
Job Summary
Using all aspects of Family Style Service, the Pool Attendant provides prompt, courteous, and attentive service to all guests enjoying the pool area. This role ensures guests have everything they need for a safe, clean, and fun day in the sun. Ideal candidates enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and creating memorable experiences in a lively resort environment.
RESPONSIBILITIESCreate a welcoming, friendly atmosphere using positive tone
Enforce all pool rules and safety policies to ensure a secure environment for guests of all ages
Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, lounge chairs, walkways, cabanas, and surrounding areas
Issue clean towels to guests and ensure towel stations remain fully stocked and neatly arranged
Remove used or soiled towels throughout the shift to maintain a clean and inviting atmosphere
Stock and organize the pool hut and supply room; ensure supplies are readily available
Conduct continuous walkthroughs of the pool area to monitor safety, cleanliness, and guest needs
Assist guests with general inquiries, seating, and poolside support
Report any unsafe conditions, maintenance issues, or guest concerns to leadership promptly
Perform additional duties as assigned
Maintain reliable attendance and be available for scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays
Demonstrate Caesars Entertainments Family Style Service at all times
QUALIFICATIONSAbility to work outdoors in hot, humid, or variable weather conditions
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs
Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
Reliable, flexible, and able to work varied shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed
Must be 18 years of age or older
Family Style attitude
Acts as a role model to other Team Members
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
One to three months of related experience in a hotel, resort, casino, or hospitality environment preferred
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered
