At The Little Gym, we help children ages 4 months3 years build confidence through movement, play, and connectionwith their grown-ups right by their side. Were looking for a warm, engaging, and energetic instructor to lead our Parent/Child classes.

Schedule

Part-time mornings:

• MondayFriday availability
• 13 consistent days per week
• This is not a seasonal or summer-only position. We're looking for team members who are excited to grow with us and become a long-term part of our amazing community.

What Youll Do

• Lead engaging, high-energy classes for young children and their caregivers
• Use The Little Gym curriculum to guide classes (well train you!)
• Create a warm, welcoming environment where both kids and parents feel supported
• Coach parents on how to engage with their child during class activities
• Celebrate milestones and help little ones build confidence week after week
• Provide a top-notch experience for familieswe treat our members like family
