Why This Job Exists

In 2005, our Founder lost a classmate named Arturo he drowned one week before graduating high school. That loss became the mission. The Childhood Drowning Prevention Foundation exists to ensure that it never happens to another family.

We deliver 800+ private swim lessons a month across two locations, teaching children the water safety skills that save their lives. Drowning is the #1 cause of death for children under 5. We're doing something about it and we're building the team to do more.

What This Role Actually Is

This is not a one-task job.

Depending on the day, the need, and where you're most useful, you might be:

• Teaching 1:1 private swim lessons (ages 0 and up)
• Answering phones and supporting client scheduling
• Handling front desk and check-in operations
• Supporting the Founder and leadership directly
• Keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly

We're a small nonprofit. Everyone pitches in. The right person doesn't need a perfectly defined lane they see what needs doing and do it.
