The Miraval Spa Desk Attendant will create a welcoming environment for guests visiting the spa. Performing a variety of tasks, such as answering phone calls and questions regarding spa services and products as well as about the resort, assisting guests with robes, towels, slippers and lockers, and ensuring the cleanliness of locker room facilities and public areas as needed. Desk Attendants will speak with a soft voice and display empathy and patience at all times. Desk Attendants must master software in relationship to scheduling appointments, checking guests in and out, while demonstrating high levels of professionalism at all times insuring both the confidentiality and comfort of every guest.
