Nursing Supervisor - Lawrenceville Health Center

The offered salary range for this position is $75,600-$82,800 and will depend on an applicant's education. GNR Public Health is seeking a Public Health Nursing Supervisor for the Lawrenceville Health Center. The Nursing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating nursing and clinical services within the Lawrenceville Health Clinic to ensure the delivery of high quality, community focused care for our diverse patient populations. This position provides direct supervision and support to clinical staff while ensuring compliance with policy and public health protocols as well as direct patient care as a Public Health Nurse/Clinician.
This role will also include:

• Staff Development/Training
• Serving as a preceptor for clinical staff
• Quality Assurance & Patient care oversight
• Administrative Duties as needed

Minimum:
Associate degree in nursing from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of nursing experience and
completion of a PHN course within one (1) year of hire and current Georgia Registered Professional Nurse license and CPR certification; or two (2) years of experience at the lower-level PH Registered Nurse 3 (HCP192) or position equivalent.

Preferred:
2 or more years of experience working in Public Health. Experience serving as a preceptor/trainer. Experience supervising clinical staff - 2 or more years preferred.
