Private Swim Instructor for Immunocompromised Family

Seeking an experienced swim instructor for private, one-on-one lessons (1-3x/week, 1 hour each, timing flexible) at a residential pool. Ideal candidates enjoy personalized coaching, prioritize safety, and work well with children across diverse skill levels.

Responsibilities: Conduct tailored swim lessons covering water safety, stroke technique, and fitness; develop lesson plans; track student progress; communicate regularly with parents; ensure safety protocols and proper supervision are followed.

Qualifications: Swim Instructor and/or Lifeguard Certification preferred; CPR/First Aid required; experience with private lessons and behavior management a plus.

Requirements:

Willing to wear N95 mask during all lessons

Willing to take COVID test before each session (tests & masks provided)

Must pass background check
