Pool Monitor- Weekend shift Fri-Sun 3pm-8pm

We are seeking a reliable and attentive Pool Monitor to oversee daily pool operations and ensure a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests and residents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enforcing pool rules, monitoring activity, and maintaining overall pool area standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor pool area to ensure safety and compliance with all rules and regulations
Enforce posted pool guidelines and address any unsafe behavior
Check pool access and ensure only authorized individuals are allowed in the area
Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, furniture, and surrounding areas
Report any maintenance issues, hazards, or incidents to management immediately
Provide excellent customer service by assisting residents and guests as needed
Complete incident reports when necessary
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to remain alert and professional at all times
Must be reliable and punctual
Preferred (but not required):

CPR/First Aid Certification
Lifeguard certification (if applicable)
Work Environment:

Outdoor setting in various weather conditions
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
