We’re excited to be part of the PGA Biltmore Championship and are currently seeking a passionate and driven Assistant Golf Professional to join our team.

• PGA Class A Member (or Level 3 participant in the PGA PGM Program)
• 2+ years of experience in a private club or resort setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A passion for hospitality and the game of golf
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied hours

• You’ll play a key role in delivering a best-in-class golf experience by supporting all aspects of golf operations, including:
• Golf shop merchandising and tournament operations
• Member engagement and instructional programming Staff training, scheduling, and development
• Managing tee times, pace of play, and handicap administration
• Leading golf operations in the absence of the Head Professional
• This is a highly visible role where you’ll build relationships with members, provide instruction, and contribute to a culture of excellence on and off the course.
