STUDENT SUCCESS AND WELLNESS COORDINATOR - 120 DAYS - STRUTHERS CITY SCHOOLS

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in school counseling, social work or related field
2. Experience working with at-risk students
3. Ability to help students and families acquire techniques, strategies and skills by offering supports for academic success
4. Ability to connect the community with mental health resources
5. Strong verbal and written communication skills
6. Ability to work well with diverse populations
7. Ability to build relationships with students and families to increase attendance
8. Knowledge of PBIS and the ability to ensure district alignment
9. Experience preferred
10. Must have clean & current BCI/FBI background checks
