What Youll Do

• Teach fun, high-energy gymnastics and movement classes (well train you!)
• Create a warm, positive, and confidence-building environment for every child
• Deliver outstanding customer service- our members are like family
• Help kids laugh, learn, and grow stronger every day

Youd Be a Great Fit If

• Youre a team player with a positive attitude.
• You can balance fun with focus and professionalism.
• (Bonus!) You have experience in gymnastics, child development, or education.
• You have availability for at least 2 shifts per week:
  • Available shifts:
    • Tuesday 9:30 am-12:00 pm
    • Wednesday 4:45-7:45 pm
    • Thursday 9:00 am-12:00 pm or 4:00-7:45 pm
    • Saturday 9:00 am- 1:00 pm
• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to commit to this position for at least 1 year.

About The Little Gym
The Little Gym is the premier enrichment and physical development program for children ages 4 months to 12 years. Weve helped kids in the Madison area build strength, confidence, and joy through movement in a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for over 20 years. Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
