What You'll Do
Plan and lead engaging group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests.
Develop and maintain a lively monthly calendar and coordinate special events.
Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages participation and community spirit.
Track resident engagement and ensure personalized support.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in activity planning, recreation therapy, or a similar roleideally in a senior living or healthcare setting
Strong organizational and event planning skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Creative, energetic, and resident-focused approach
Comfortable with technology and electronic documentation
