Asst. Recreation Leader II

Position Overview

Under direct supervision, the Assistant Recreation Leader supports the day-to-day activities that enhance the member experience at the Country Club, including:

Assisting with golf outings, leagues, tournaments, and member events

Supporting social membership activities and club gatherings

Serving as a welcoming presence for members and guests

Promoting participation in club-sponsored events

This role is less about large-scale recreational programming and more about delivering exceptional service within a social, golf-centered membership environment.

Pro Shop & Retail Responsibilities

Key components of this position include:

· Promoting and selling specialty golf merchandise and apparel

· Providing knowledgeable and enthusiastic customer service

· Assisting members with product selection and recommendations

· Processing sales transactions and maintaining accurate receipts

· Supporting inventory organization and merchandising displays

Membership & Administrative Support

· Processing memberships and related documentation

· Entering and maintaining accurate membership data

· Handling point-of-sale transactions
