A Day in the Life of a Personal Trainer:
Show passion, purpose, care and coaching by designing and implementing safe and effective exercise programs, incorporating a variety of cardiovascular, strength, flexibility, and restorative techniques.
Provide personalized training sessions tailored to each client's needs.
Maintain ambitious standards of professionalism and client engagement, building long-term relationships based on trust and expertise.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
Build long-term relationships with clients by delivering unparalleled service through innovative, safety-focused programming that ensures the achievement of client goals.
Dedicated to self-awareness, personal growth, and professional development.
Conduct thorough fitness assessments and regularly track client progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
Compensation for Client Sessions
At Club Brands, we believe your hard work and expertise should be rewarded. That’s why our trainers earn competitive pay based on certification level—with the opportunity to grow as you advance in your career.
Level 1
Earn $20 per 60-minute session
Level 2
Earn $25 – $35 per 60-minute session
Level 3
Earn $30 – $50 per 60-minute session
Elite Level
Earn $35 – $67 per 60-minute session
*** 30-minute sessions are compensated at half the rate of a 60-minute session.

Qualifications
Build strong relationships and communicate effectively with members, while delivering excellent customer service with an energetic, motivating, and enthusiastic demeanor.
Ability to resolve conflicts professionally and diplomatically.
Baseline computer skills for managing email, schedules, and other business tools.
Thorough knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and fitness programming.
Ability to demonstrate safe and effective exercise techniques.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
Certifications, Degrees & Training Experience:
Holds one or more nationally accredited PT Certifications
CPR/AED certified, required
High school diploma or GED, required
Four-year degree in Exercise Science or a related field, preferred
Minimum one-year personal training experience, preferred
Previous experience in fitness program design, preferred
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift or move 50 lbs.
Physical effort required for daily duties includes lifting weights, squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, and prolonged standing.
