We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Kamp for Kids Counselor to work directly with campers of all ability levels at our inclusive summer day camp. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with children, thrives in an active outdoor environment, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of kids and families this summer.

What You'll Do:
As a Kamp for Kids Counselor, you will supervise and engage campers throughout the day, providing guidance, assistance, and a safe and fun camp experience.
Responsibilities include:
Supervise and interact with children and/or individuals with disabilities throughout the camp day
Design and lead activities tailored to individual camper needs
Participate in both indoor and outdoor camper-focused activities
Complete daily documentation and required paperwork
Assist with cleaning and maintenance tasks throughout the day
Attend staff meetings and contribute to a collaborative team environment
What You'll Need:
Must be a High School student or hold a High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Experience working with children and/or people with disabilities
Basic knowledge of child and adolescent development
Ability to adapt to a variety of settings and provide person-centered care
Cultural competence and ability to work with diverse populations
Availability Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00 pm for the required training (June 16-July 3)
Availability Monday-Friday, 8:15am-3:30pm for the full camp season ( July 6th-August 14th)
