The Assistant Golf Professional supports all aspects of the golf operation and is an integral part of delivering a first-class member experience. The ideal candidate is service-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about growing the game.

Supervision

• Andrew Walton, Head Golf Professional

• PGA Associate or Member in good standing (preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience with Golf Genius and golf shop operations preferred
• Passion for teaching and growing the game
• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Assist in all daily golf operations, including tee sheet management, point-of-sale systems, and Golf Genius tournament software
• Provide private and group instruction, including clinics and player development programs
• Execute tournaments and member events, including Monday outings
• Support and grow junior golf programming, including PGA Jr. League
• Maintain golf shop standards, merchandising, and inventory control
• Deliver exceptional member service and uphold club standards
