Must-Have Skills:

• Experience facilitating training sessions for diverse end-user audiences
• Strong classroom and virtual facilitation skills using tools such as Microsoft Teams and LMS platforms
• Ability to translate complex system functionality into clear, role-based training materials and instruction

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience developing scenario-based and job-specific training content
• Experience working in large-scale system implementation or transformation environments
