Fitness Attendant Tasks:

• Provide excellent customer service to all gym members and guests
• Assist with new member sign-ups and guide them through the onboarding process
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workout environment, including cleaning equipment and restocking supplies
• Answer member questions and help promote a positive fitness experience
• Support daily operations to ensure the fitness center runs smoothly

• A dependable team player with a positive, professional attitude
• Strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to support the team
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others reach their fitness goals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Previous customer service or fitness-related experience is a plus, but not required
